Church Planter Assessment - The Pathway to Church Planting

Seeking to be good stewards of the ministers God has provided for His Church, AIM Church Planting has implemented a comprehensive assessment process to select church planters with the highest likelihood of being successful in planting a healthy, reproducing church.

In addition to helping to determine if church planting is the right fit for you, the assessment process provides valuable information concerning your strengths and the areas in which you need to mature. The resulting action plan for further development will help you to grow deeper in your call and competencies.

Three-phase process

Phase I: Self-assessment
The Phase I assessment is free and open to all those who are interested in discerning whether God might be calling them to church planting ministry. The tools used in this phase are geared toward helping potential church planters begin to learn about how their gifting, work and ministry experience, and personality traits compare to those of effective church planters.

Phase II: Temperament assessment
The Phase II online assessment including Golden Personality Profile, Portrait Predictor (a form of the DISC profile), Spiritual Gifts, and an online 360 Evaluation measures temperament and behavioral style.

Phase III: In-depth personality assessment and church planting interview
The Phase III assessment looks at your leadership skills, personality, general psychological well-being, and competency in the characteristics of effective church planters. Your spouse also will be asked to participate in the assessment.

Cost

AIM Church Planting offers the Phase I assessment free to all who are interested.  The cost to candidates for Phase II is $79.00 and $450 for Phase III for a total of $529.
