Phase 1: Inspire & Call

We are committed to serve church planters as they seek to serve Christ and the mission of His Church. Here are some next steps to consider:

Connect in Relationships
Our church planting process is designed to be relational. We are thankful for the opportunity to come alongside, encourage, and release those called to start new works in the Anglican Mission. If you are interested in learning more about how to connect with us, please fill out the Contact Us form.

Ordination in the Anglican Mission
Our church planting process is designed to be aligned with the standards for ordination in the Anglican Mission in the Americas. AIM Church Planting candidates must complete the same ordination process as any other aspirant for ordained ministry in AMiA. However, the ordination process is distinct from the AIM Church Planting process. The ordination process is overseen by the Anglican Mission Department of Leadership Development. For more information on the ordination process, visit their web page or contact Patti Angulo, Administrative Assistant, at .

Assessment
Seeking to be good stewards of the ministers God has provided for His Church, AIM Church Planting has implemented a comprehensive assessment process to select church planters with the highest likelihood of being successful in planting a healthy, reproducing church. Learn more about our Church Planter Assessment.

AIM Church Planting Pre-Winter Conference Workshop
This two-day workshop helps those interested in church planting to recognize and respond to God's call to plant a church. It is designed for anyone interested in church planting, including lay leaders, seminarians, church staff, ordination and reception candidates, and ordained clergy.
